About Us

Headquartered in Springfield, TN just north of Nashville with a second location in Westfield, MA, AMF Aviation was started in 2008 by two US Air Force veterans, Chris and Anna Ferraraccio. Chris is an A&P, IA, and an ATP rated pilot with over 22,000 flight hours which include his time as an Air Force Special Ops Spectre Gunship pilot and a commercial airline pilot. Anna is a private pilot and was an avionics specialist in the Air Force and a corporate accountant prior to starting AMF. Both are very active in general aviation, and give each aircraft recovery and transportation project their personal attention.
 

The mission at AMF Aviation is to provide safe, dependable, and professional aircraft recovery, transportation, and storage with a focus on customer service. Before AMF was started, Chris and Anna continually heard stories of aircraft being damaged further during the recovery process by local wrecker companies without the understanding or knowledge of how to recover and transport aircraft post accident, thus increasing costs to insurance companies. With the goal of a safe, professional, damage free recovery in mind, Chris and Anna sought out to create AMF Aviation to provide exceptional service to insurance companies and owners without breaking "their" bank.
 

AMF Aviation has multiple trucks/trailers along with various recovery equipment including all-terrain cranes to complete difficult recoveries and to meet the transportation needs of our customers all with cost savings in mind.
