Aircraft/Salvage Pickup Policy

If you are the winning bidder on an aircraft/salvage, and the aircraft/salvage is being stored by AMF Aviation, you will need to follow the pickup policy outlined below.
 

NOTE:  AMF Aviation, LLC is not responsible for loading or securing any aircraft/salvage that is picked up from one of our facilities.  It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure that they or any individuals and/or company they secure to move the aircraft are properly trained, have adequate loading and transportation equipment and have insurance should an accident of any sort occur. 

AMF Aviation is not authorized to release any aircraft / aircraft parts / salvage without prior authorization from the assigned insurance company.  Authorization is not provided until payment has been received in full by the insurance company.   

AMF Aviation will not release any aircraft until all fees or other charges, including storage, are paid in full.  Please contact us to determine if outstanding charges are due.  

ALL aircraft/salvage pickups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  To arrange for a pickup, please call us 72 hours in advance at 931-980-1215.  We prefer all pickups to occur during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5 CST); however, if pre-arranged, a weekend pickup or after hours pickup can sometimes be accommodated.
 

AMF Aviation is not responsible for loading aircraft/salvage or providing labor to assist in the loading of an aircraft/salvage.  Should the winning bidder require lift equipment or load assistance, we may be able to assist for a fee.  Please call in advance for estimates as payment is due at the time load assistance is provided. 

Measure-measure-measure. The winning bidder is responsible for removing all parts of the aircraft/salvage won from its location at AMF Aviation. The winning bidder may incur a fee for any parts/pieces left at AMF Aviation. Please call in advance if this is expected to occur.
